iP3 Systems is proud to congratulate Nelson Industries on the most recent successful Go Live of their iP3 Systems eCommerce Solution; Electron®. On the 11th of March 2009, Nelson Industries have commenced transacting electronically with Middys Data & Electrical.

Having recently gone live with their iP3 Systems eCommerce Solution (January 09) enabling B2B/Peer to Peer trading with Bunnings Group Australia, Nelson Industries decided to roll out their Electron® for their electronic trading with another valued trading partner; Middys Data & Electrical.

Middys Data & Electrical is Australia’s largest privately owned independent electrical wholesaler. With 82 branches nationally and still growing, Middys prides itself on its continuing “stocks & service” philosophy. Middys is proud to be 100% Australian, family owned and independent, since 1928.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Nelson Industries is a major import and distribution company specialising in lighting, electrical and associated products - offering a complete Lighting and Electrical Solution for commercial and domestic markets with a catalogue of over 2,500 products. iP3 Systems is proud to congratulate Nelson Industries Australia on the recent Go Live date of their tailored iP3 Systems eCommerce Solution, on the 19th of January 2009

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Nelson Industries is a major import and distribution company specialising in lighting, electrical and associated products - offering a complete Lighting and Electrical Solution for commercial and domestic markets with a catalogue of over 2500 products. Nelson Industries supply both the Bunnings Group and Kmart Australia on a national level, as well as other retail and distribution companies around the country. After evaluating all market competitors, Nelson Industries turned to iP3 to supply a comprehensive eCommerce solution which would enable them to trade online, freely and in a peer-to-peer capacity with one of Australasia largest companys, the Bunnings group of Australia. Since their Go Live date Nelson Industries have been able to realise full control and complete ownership of their Sales and Procurement processes while also being able to cut out costly intermediaries, positively affecting their bottom line.

Nelsons is a major supplier of lighting goods to The Bunnings Group. The Bunnings Group is the southern hemisphere's largest hardware chain, and is owned by Australia's largest employer Wesfarmers Limited, based in Perth, Western Australia. As of December 2008, across Australia and New Zealand Bunnings operate 171 Bunnings Warehouse stores and 59 smaller format Bunnings stores.
