iP3 appoints Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as Corporate Finance Advisors

The Company is pleased to advise that Deloitte Corporate Finance has been officially appointed by iP³ for corporate advisory and capital raising purposes. As part of this process, the Company has instructed Deloitte to raise AU$11 million that will be structured as AU$6 million ordinary equity and AU$5 million in Convertible Note(s).
