	Mr Ahmed Youssef Director & Chief Executive Officer Mr Ahmed Youssef is the chief executive officer and also has served as a director of iP³ since 2001. Mr Youssef brings a wealth of experience to the company with respect to the global commercialization of software products and the development of strategic alliance partnerships. Mr Youssef has over 20 years of global consulting and field experience spanning the manufacturing, process manufacturing, distribution, oil and gas, health and pharmaceutical, construction, ammunition disposal and hospitality industry sectors. Previously, Mr Youssef has held senior positions with global software vendors and their business partners including IBM, JDEdwards and American Software International. He has also held the position of Director of Management Consulting Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he assisted with international business development operating out of Australasia.
	Dr Mukesh Aghi Director Dr Mukesh Aghi has served as a director of iP³ since 2001. Prior to iP³, Dr Aghi held the position of Senior Vice President for Global Operations at Ariba after performing as IBM's General Manager, Strategic Outsourcing Asia Pacific and President of IBM India. He also served as Managing Director of JD Edwards Asia Pacific for over 7 years. In his capacity, Dr Aghi built JD Edwards European and Asian operations. Formerly, he was based in New York for two years as President of Dynamic Applications. He invested a further two years as Senior Fellow, United States House of Representative in Washington DC. Dr Aghi holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from Claremont Graduate School, Claremont, California, an MBA from Andrews University in Marketing and a BA from Middle East College, Beirut, Lebanon. A Phi Beta Kappa, he is fluent in several European and Asian languages. Dr Aghi has won numerous academic and industry awards, including being named by ESQUIRE magazine as "Young Leader of Tomorrow."
	Dr Raj Bhole Director Dr Raj Bhole has served as a director of iP³ since 2003. Dr Bhole's technology background includes his positions as chairman of FileVision UK and President/CEO of FileVision USA L.L.C., who are software developers of FileVision, an integrated document management/CRM/workflow product. He is a Director of Jade Software Corporation. Dr Bhole is an Orthopaedic Surgeon and is a partner in Resurgens in Atlanta, GA. He has extensive experience in Healthcare administration and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Canada as well as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr Bhole has served as Chairman and CEO of TCMA, a large multi-speciality organisation in Georgia (USA) and is a consultant to several Health Insurance related companies including Intracorp and South Florida Utilization Review. He is also the managing partner of a real estate company that specializes in the commercial real estate market in Georgia.
